This Cold test cahmber is mainly use for testing footwear material flexing or bending property at cold temperature. its test for the materials like upper / vamp leather flexing resistance property and shoes outsole bending resistance property, Rubber material, PU, PVC TPR foam and other material at Right angle (90°) continuous bending with certain times, then check the specimen if it is imparied or cracking degree.
The standard grips configuration in this test chamber.
1. Flexing fixture 3 set angle: 22.5°
2. Shoes bending 2 set angle: 30°45°60°90°
3. Ross flexing 1 set angle 90°
Test Chamber condition.
Temperature range: RT~ -40 ℃ or Custom for option (-20~ + 100 ℃, -20~ +150 ℃, -40~ +150 ℃, )
