1. Product Name:GX-5067-A Power battery crush testing machine

 

2 . Product Decription:The machine is designed for the crush test of batteries by simulating the crush conditions the battery can suffer and display the crush results artificially. It is mainly used for the safety performance of the batteries. Safety precautions have been prepared and can prevent any damage to the tester and the environment.

 

3. Test Principle:

 

For the single battery: Use the crush head with the area of no less than 20 cm2 to crush the battery perpendicularly to battery plate. Increase the crush force until the battery crack or the internal short circuit (Voltage is 0 V)

 

For the battery module: Use the sketch plate to add the crush force on the battery module perpendicularly to single battery array orientation. Crush the battery module to 85% size of its original size and hold on for 5 minutes. Then continue to crush to 50% size of its original size. Then check the battery module. It is qualified if there is no fire or explosion.
